Refund & Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on delivered products.
  • Exchange is only possible if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Customers must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging for exchange.
  • Delivery charges for exchange may be paid by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if conditions are not met.
  • Approved exchanges will be processed within a few working days.
