Refund & Exchange Policy
- We do not offer refunds on delivered products.
- Exchange is only possible if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Customers must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging for exchange.
- Delivery charges for exchange may be paid by the customer.
- We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if conditions are not met.
- Approved exchanges will be processed within a few working days.
